Demand For Employer

After finalizing the terms and conditions, we will require the following documents regarding your recruitment requirement. These documents should be in favor of our company, Falcon Manpower Consultant – Empowering Human Resources:

STEP2

Pre-Screening Candidates

After the initial step, we source candidates from our extensive database of previously selected professionals or advertise in leading daily newspapers to attract potential applicants. The candidates are **interviewed and pre-screened** by the recruitment officers of Falcon Manpower Consultant – Empowering Human Resources, who also provide information about the vacancies through our Employment Opportunity Service Desk. Only **shortlisted candidates** are either called for a final interview with the employer’s representative or their CVs are forwarded for **final evaluation**.

Final Interview (by Employer)

Many employers visit India to conduct the **final interviews**, and we handle all the necessary arrangements. Shortlisted candidates are called on the scheduled day for their interview. In some cases, employers authorize Falcon Manpower Consultant – Empowering Human Resources to **select and test candidates on their behalf**. These candidates are evaluated at our **recognized trade test centers** to ensure they meet the required standards before final selection.

Medical Checkup

Once the **final candidates are confirmed** by the employer, they are immediately sent for a **medical checkup**. This examination is conducted exclusively by doctors **authorized by the Ministry of Labor and foreign embassies (GAMCA)**. Only candidates who **successfully pass all medical tests** proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Medical Checkup

After the **final selection by the employer**, candidates undergo a **mandatory medical checkup**. These examinations are conducted by **GAMCA-approved doctors**, authorized by the Ministry of Labor and foreign embassies. Only candidates who **pass all medical tests** move forward to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Employment Visa

The next step involves processing the **employment visas** for selected candidates. The visa procedures vary depending on the destination country, and we ensure that all documentation and compliance requirements are accurately handled for a smooth process.

Travelling Arrangement

Once the visas are received and endorsed, we **coordinate all travel arrangements** for the candidates, including flight tickets, accommodation, and ensuring all necessary documents are in order. We also manage communication with both clients and candidates, confirm the **travel itinerary and departure**, and oversee the **deployment process** for a smooth transition.

Deployment

After completing all the previous steps and settling any applicable service charges, the candidates are **fully prepared for deployment** to their respective assignments. We ensure a smooth transition and readiness for immediate joining at the client’s location.
